Terms and Conditions for Spaghetti Dinner Ticket Sales

1. Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a ticket is purchased, regardless of the reason.

2. Ticket Transfer

Tickets are transferable. The original purchaser may share their ticket with another individual. Once a ticket is turned in at the event, it cannot be reused.

3. Ticket Delivery

Tickets will be delivered digitally via email. Please check your inbox for an email from noreply@ihmercer.org containing your ticket(s). Ensure to bring either a printed or digital copy of your ticket to the event for admission.

4. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for ticket purchases: credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments will be processed securely through Square.

5. Sales Deadline

Presale tickets can be purchased online until Sunday, October 27, 2024, at 12:01 AM EST. After this time, tickets will only be available for purchase in person at the event.

6. Children’s Tickets

  • Children aged 6-18: $8 per ticket
  • Children aged 5 and under: Free admission
  • Adults: $15 per ticket
  • Gluten-free option: $15 per ticket

7. Capacity and Availability

Tickets will be available for purchase at the door. There is no limit to the number of tickets available at this time.

8. Privacy Policy

We collect email addresses solely for the purpose of sending tickets and associating purchased tickets with the purchaser. No further emails will be sent by us, and we will not store or sell your contact information.

9. Event Changes

In the event of a cancellation, we will notify all ticket holders as soon as possible. Presale tickets will be refunded if the event is canceled before it begins. If the event is canceled during the scheduled time, refunds will not be issued for tickets that have been fulfilled. Refunds will only be considered if proof is provided that the meal was not received.

10. Liability

Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish is not liable for any injury or illness incurred by attendees for any reason during the event.

11. Confirmation

Upon purchasing tickets, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. This email will include the ticket, which must be presented (either digitally or on paper) for admission to the event. Attendees will not be served without a ticket.

12. Accessibility

Our facility is handicap accessible. A gluten-free meal option is available; however, we cannot guarantee that meals are free from cross-contamination.
