Help Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish Raise $67,000 for Our Rectory Kitchen Renovation!
70 Years of Service. Time for a New Kitchen.
For 70 years, Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish has been a place of faith, fellowship, and service to the Mercer community. Throughout those years, generations of parishioners have generously supported the buildings and facilities that make our parish life possible.
This year, our #iGiveCatholic campaign focuses on an important and long-overdue project: the renovation of our parish rectory kitchen.
As we celebrate our parish’s 70th anniversary, we have a wonderful opportunity to care for this part of our parish home and help ensure it continues to serve the needs of our parish for years to come.
A Kitchen That Has Served for 70 Years
Our rectory kitchen is original to the building and has served the parish for nearly seven decades. Unfortunately, after 70 years of daily use, its age is showing.
The kitchen’s original metal cabinets are rusting, countertops are peeling and deteriorating, and numerous other areas are in need of attention. Years of wear and deferred maintenance have left the kitchen in a condition that requires more than simple cosmetic repairs.
The time has come to address these issues through a comprehensive renovation.
This project is not simply about giving an old kitchen a new appearance. It is about restoring a functional and essential part of our parish facilities, addressing long-standing maintenance needs, and responsibly caring for the property entrusted to our parish.
With your generosity, we hope to provide a safe, practical, and welcoming kitchen that will serve Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish well into the future.
Our Fundraising Goal: $67,000
Through our 2026 #iGiveCatholic campaign, we hope to raise $67,000 to complete the much-needed repairs and renovations to our rectory kitchen.
Your generosity will help us address deteriorating cabinetry, damaged countertops, and the additional repairs and improvements necessary to restore the kitchen.
Every contribution, large or small, brings us closer to completing this important project.
Your Donation Stays at IHM!
We recognize that when you make a charitable contribution, you want to know exactly how your gift will be used.
We are committed to ensuring that 100% of the proceeds received by Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish through this campaign remain at our parish and are used exclusively for the rectory kitchen renovation.
No proceeds from this campaign will be used for another parish project, transferred to another organization, or spent on any purpose unrelated to the rectory kitchen repairs.
Your gift is an investment directly in Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish and the care of our parish facilities.
If contributions exceed our $67,000 fundraising goal, the additional funds will remain restricted to the rectory kitchen project.
